·  Orders will be processed and shipped according to the timelines specified at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and whether the item is made-to-order or ready-to-ship.

·  Once dispatched, delivery timelines will depend on your location and the shipping method selected. We will provide tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.

·  While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays caused by courier services, weather, or other external factors are beyond our control.

·  We currently ship PAN India. Please ensure that the shipping address and contact information provided are accurate to avoid delays or delivery issues.

6. Returns and Refunds

• We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
• Certain products, such as hair accessories, bangles, earrings, maang tika are not eligible for return due to hygiene factors.
• Refunds will be processed after the returned item passes our inspection at the back office.

7. Cancellations

• Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing order for a full refund.
• Cancellation requests made after the product is shipped and in transit will incur a nominal logistic cost
