International Shipping:

No matter where you are in the world, Tilloma delivers your favourite pieces right to your doorstep. We are committed to providing a seamless international shipping experience.

We current ship to United States, United Kingdom, Canada, United Arab Emirates, and Australia.

Shipping Charge: This will be determined at the time of order based on shipping destination. Write to us at support@tilloma.in

Import Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any additional import duties, customs taxes, or other fees levied by their respective countries.

COD Restriction: Please note that Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders.

Protective Packaging: Your Jewellery is carefully encased in soft, protective sponge and layered with multiple layers of bubble wrap to provide maximum protection during transit.

Premium Presentation: Your order arrives beautifully presented in a luxurious Tilloma jewellery box, ready to delight.

Domestic Shipping: We partner with reliable domestic carriers like DTDC, Delhivery, Expressbees, Blue dart, and Fedex to ensure timely and secure delivery within India. These carriers are known for their efficient delivery networks and commitment to customer satisfaction.

International Shipping: For international shipments, we utilize the trusted services of FedEx and DHL. These global logistics providers offer reliable and efficient delivery services to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Delivery Assistance & Support:

Tampered Packages: If you suspect any tampering with your package upon delivery, please refuse to accept the package and immediately contact our customer support team. Take the picture of the product package and send to us immediately at support@tilloma.in or +91 9156234489

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor its progress and estimated delivery time.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Domestic Orders: Typically, domestic orders are delivered within 1-5 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on factors such as shipping destination and unforeseen circumstances.

For pre-order items, customers may cancel before shipment for a full refund. If delayed beyond stated timelines, refunds are also available.

International Orders: International orders may take 5-15 business days to arrive, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures. Please note that international shipping times may be influenced by factors such as customs regulations and international shipping carriers.

Shipping Charges:

Tilloma offers two convenient payment options: Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

·       COD available up to ₹1,999.

·       Prepaid: Free shipping on all prepaid orders ₹999 & above

·       Standard shipping charge of ₹50 on orders below ₹999 or for COD

·       Tamper-proof, secure packaging for all orders
