Cancellation Policy

At Tilloma, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, which includes a transparent and straightforward cancellation process. Please read the guidelines carefully to understand our policy.

Cancellation Within 24 Hours

  • Customers can cancel their order or pre-order within 24 hours of placing the order
  • For pre-order items, customers may cancel before shipment for a full refund. If delayed beyond stated timelines, refunds are also available.
  • If the cancellation request is made within this period, we will refund the entire amount to the original payment method without any deductions
  • Prompt action is encouraged to ensure the smooth processing of your cancellation

Cancellation After Shipment

  • If you request a cancellation after the order has been processed or shipped, we will deduct the logistics cost from your refund
  • The remaining amount will be credited to your bank account once the product is returned to us in its original condition with packaging and tags
  • Please note that the deducted delivery charge covers the expenses incurred during shipping and transit of shipment

Cancellation Process

  1. Request Cancellation via Email:  To cancel your order, send an email to support@tilloma.in with your order
  2.  Approval Timeline: 
    • For cancellation within 24 hours, our team will approve and initiate your refund within 24 business hours.
    • For cancellations after shipment, the refund will be processed once the item is returned to our back office.

Refund Processing Time

  • Pre-Shipment Cancellations: Full refunds are processed within 24 business hours and credited to the original payment method.
  • Post-Shipment Cancellations: Refunds, minus the logistics cost, are issued after the item is inspected and can take 3-5 additional working days to reflect in your account.
  • For COD orders contact within 24 hours of placing the order for cancellation request.

Important Notes

  • Customized or Personalized Orders: These items cannot be cancelled once the order is placed, as they are specially crafted for you.
  • Condition of Returned Products: For cancellations after shipment, the product must be returned unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all packaging, tags, and the invoice intact.
  • Rejected Deliveries: If you reject the shipment at the time of delivery, the same terms will apply—logistics cost will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
