Easy Return Policy

Hassle-Free Easy Returns

Tilloma prioritizes your satisfaction and offers a simple return policy to ensure a stress-free shopping experience.

Return Period:

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Pre-Order products also have easy returns of 7 days from the date of delivery. For pre-order items, customers may cancel before shipment for a full refund. If delayed beyond stated timelines, refunds are also available.

We kindly request that you raise your return request within this timeframe.

  • Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Refunds processed after quality check.

Due to hygiene concerns, products such as earrings, bangles, maang tika, hair accessories etc are not eligible for return.

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Video Evidence for Damaged Products: If you are returning a product due to damage, please capture a video of the package upon receipt. This video evidence will be crucial in processing your refund claim. Without a video, we may not be able to process your return.

By following these guidelines, you can expedite the return and refund process.

Initiating a Return:

  1. Visit our Return Centre and complete the online return
  2. Enter your order number, contact details, and select the unused items you wish to
  3. Upload a clear picture of the products you intend to
  4. Choose "Request Return Shipping from Tilloma" and submit the form.

Return Approval & Processing:

  • We typically respond to your return request within 24-48 business.
  • Once approved, you will receive an email with instructions on packaging and returning the unused original product.
  • The return pick-up will be scheduled for the original delivery.
  • Our delivery partners will inspect the items at the time of pick-up.

Important Notes:

  • Please return the products in their original packaging, tags, and invoice.
  • We recommend using the original packaging to ensure safe return of the product to our back office.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 24 business hours after the returned items are received and inspected at our back office.
  • For COD orders, you will receive a link via SMS to submit your bank details for the order confirmed.
  • Reflecting the refund in your account may take an additional 4-5 working days.

Exchanges:

Currently, we do not offer online exchanges. However, you can return your unwanted items and place a fresh order for your desired pieces. We recommend placing the new order promptly, as our products sell quickly.

Order Cancellation:

To cancel your order or pre-order, email us at support@tilloma.in within 24 hours of placing the order. Generally, the dispatch happens the next day from the order date.
