Tilloma prioritizes your satisfaction and offers a simple return policy to ensure a stress-free shopping experience.

Return Period:

Refund or return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of successful delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be eligible for a refund or return. For pre-order items, customers may cancel before shipment for a full refund. If delayed beyond stated shipment timelines, refunds or return request must be initiated within 48 hours of successful delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be eligible for a refund or return of pre-orders.

We kindly request that you raise your return request within this timeframe.

  • Eligible for return within 48 hours of delivery.
  • There is a Rs. 50 reverse shipping charge on returns. This is deducted from the final refund.
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Refunds processed after quality check.

Due to hygiene concerns, products such as earrings, bangles, maang tika, hair accessories etc are not eligible for return.

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Video Evidence for Damaged Products: If you are returning a product due to damage, please capture a video of the package upon receipt. This video evidence will be crucial in processing your refund claim. Without a video, we may not be able to process your return.

By following these guidelines, you can expedite the return and refund process.

Return Approval & Processing:

  • We typically respond to your return request within 24 hours.
  • Once approved, you will receive an email with instructions on packaging and returning the unused original product.
  • The return pick-up will be scheduled for the original delivery.
  • Our delivery partners will inspect the items at the time of pick-up.
  • There is a Rs. 50 reverse shipping charge on returns. This is deducted from the final refund.

Important Notes:

  • Please return the products in their original packaging, tags, and invoice.
  • We recommend using the original packaging to ensure safe return of the product to our back office.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 24 business hours after the returned items are received and inspected at our back office.
  • For COD orders, you will receive a link via SMS to submit your bank details for the order confirmed.
  • Reflecting the refund in your account may take an additional 4-5 working days.

Exchanges:

Currently, we do not offer online exchanges. However, you can return your unwanted items and place a fresh order for your desired pieces. We recommend placing the new order promptly, as our products sell quickly.

Order Cancellation:

To cancel your order or pre-order, email us at support@tilloma.in within 24 hours of placing the order. Generally, the dispatch happens the next day from the order date.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them, with original packaging, tags, and invoice
